Job Summary:

The Project Delivery & Digitalization Manager is a pivotal leadership role at ThurayaBiz, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, as well as leading digital transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic planning, and team management to ensure project success and digital innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Roles:

Strategic Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of all projects within the organization.
  • Ensure projects align with company objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Digital Transformation Leadership:

  • Spearhead digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends and technologies to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
  • Implement digital tools and processes that improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Automation & Digitalization Specialists.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload distribution.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present project updates, proposals, and outcomes to the executive team and the board.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Regularly review and report on project progress, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Implement KPIs and OKRs to track and measure team performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improvements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Digital Transformation.
  • Proven experience in project management and digitalization within a similar industry.

 

Reporting Structure and Ownership:

  • Reports directly to the CEO.
  • Assumes full ownership of the Project Delivery & Digitalization department.
